Return Process

Securely place the product in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, to ensure the item is protected during transit.
- 3.Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at your nearest authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for verification.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
